****Is my Hydro Flask bottle dishwasher safe?****

All Hydro Flask powder coated bottles are dishwasher safe. Hydro Flask Coffee Mugs are not powder coated, and they are not dishwasher safe. 

\* Please take care if the powder coating is damaged using a dishwasher can cause defects under the powder coating, this would not be covered under the warranty.

****How should I clean my Hydro Flask bottle?****

We recommend warm soapy water and a Hydro Flask bottle brush.

There are a few options. All Hydro Flask powder coated bottles are dishwasher safe. ****How should I clean my Hydro Flask caps and lids?****

****How do I cut my straw to fit in my Hydro Flask bottle or tumbler?****

****Standard Mouth Flex Straw Cap Straw Cut Guide****

1.  Remove cap and stand straw in bottle.
2.  Cut straw where excess stands above the top of the bottle. If no excess, skip step 2.
3.  Cut additional inch off straw lid tip and then trim at 45° angle.
4.  Hold tip of non-angled end of straw and press straw firmly into cap.

1.  Insert straw into cup.
2.  Trim straw to align with top of cup.
3.  Remove straw from cup and trim an additional ¼" from length of straw.
4.  Assemble straw to silicone mouthpiece and lid and sip away

****How should I clean my Hydro Flask mug?****

The Hydro Flask Mug is not dishwasher safe. To clean, handwash with warm soapy water.

****I think I see rust in my bottle, how do I clean it?****

Stainless Steel is not rust proof, but it is rust resistant. If you see rust it can be removed by using a mixture of baking soda and vinegar on the rust spot, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then scrub with a soft sponge or bottle brush. If you can't remove the rust, we encourage you to submit a warranty claim for your bottle.

****How do I clean my Insulated Tote?****

Wipe with a damp cloth and let air dry. Do not use harsh cleaning products or chlorine bleach. Do not clean in washing machine or dry in dryer unit. Do not dry clean.
