****Shipping Method****

Our standard delivery is between 1 to 6 business days, depending on the country to which the parcel is sent.  We make every effort to deliver products within the above timeframe; however, delays are occasionally inevitable. Delays may occur due to strikes or adverse weather conditions, those of which can seriously impact delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

When your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email notification, which will include your tracking ID. Please check your tracking information, as this will provide relevant updates. Alternatively, please email us at [care@cs-eu.hydroflask.com](mailto:care@cs-eu.hydroflask.com).

****Undeliverable Parcels****

If your order is undeliverable, and not resolved, the courier will hold your order for a defined period (subject to courier policy) for you to collect. Should your order exceed this period, it will be returned to us and processed for a refund. You will receive a notification when your order has been refunded. You can contact us at [care@cs-eu.hydroflask.com](mailto:care@cs-eu.hydroflask.com) to request a re-delivery of your order and we will arrange this for you. Please note, this will not be possible if your order has already been refunded and you will need to place a new order via the [Hydro Flask website](https://www.hydroflask.com/gb).

If you don’t receive your goods within the time quoted above, please email the Web Support Team at [care@cs-eu.hydroflask.com](mailto:care@cs-eu.hydroflask.com). If we fail to deliver your order within 30 days we’ll carry out an investigation and notify you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel your order and we will provide you with a refund for the products not delivered. We will have no other liability to you in the event of a delay in delivery.
